Release stress and relax to the soothing sounds of crystal bowls during a water garden sound bath at the Lake Claire Community Land Trust
Serafina sound healing facilitator, Chiara Luce, will use crystal bowls, voice, chimes, and more while you experience all the meditative, restorative benefits of sound healing in this urban oasis. Sound has the ability to align you with your highest self, help you feel embodied and at peace in the present, and you'll feel rejuvenation equivalent to hours of sleep after this one-hour-long sound bath in nature.
30% of the proceeds will be donated to the Lake Claire Community Land Trust. The Lake Claire Community Land Trust is a 1.7 acre neighborhood-based nonprofit dedicated to preserving green space and fostering community. Our sound bath is located in a beautiful, secluded Japanese water garden in the land trust. If this is your first time visiting this stunningly refreshing outdoor space, please give yourself enough time to this hidden gem. A garden map is included. Now for the Logistics
