Restore & rejuvenate your energy with sound facilitator Chiara Luce.

Explore an evening of rest, energy work & sound transmission created to clear and balance the 7 major chakras. This healing experience features Mayan drumming, crystal alchemy bowls, guided breathwork & meditation as well as channeled singing infused with group reiki transmission.

While this is not a yoga class, please bring your yoga mat to relax and unwind, mats are available to rent if needed. Yoga props such as blankets and bolsters will be offered for your comfort and support. If you wish to refrain from using our shared props please feel free to bring your own from home.

This workshop is not suggested for those with hypotension or in the first trimester of pregnancy.

This is a masked & distanced event, please wear your mask properly over your mouth and nose for the duration of the event.

Doors will open 10 minutes ahead of start time. Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes in advance to check-in and get set up. Sorry, we do not allow any late admittance.
