Release stress and relax to the soothing sounds of crystal bowls during a sound bath at the Lake Claire Community Land Trust.
We'll start by sharing and setting our intensions for the summer as we celebrate the longest day of the year in a natural setting. Then, sound healing facilitator, Chiara Luce, will play crystal alchemy bowls, Mayan drums, and more, in addition to channeled singing, while you experience all the meditative, restorative benefits of sound healing in this urban oasis.
Sound has the ability to align you with your highest self, help you feel embodied and at peace in the present, and you'll feel rejuvenation equivalent to hours of sleep after this one-hour-long sound bath. We'll end by discussing our experiences and shifts, and move forward embodied and ready to embrace the start of summer.
Our sound bath is located in a beautiful shady glen on the Lake Claire Community Land Trust. The land trust is a 1.7 acre neighborhood-based nonprofit dedicated to preserving green space and fostering community. 30% of the proceeds will be donated to the Lake Claire Community Land Trust. About your facilitator
Before taking her place as a sound healing facilitator to communities of soulful sonic-seekers, Chiara alchemized sound as an actor and singer in venues from Notre Dame cathedral to the off-Broadway stage. Chiara is Reiki I & II certified, which she weaves into her work in addition to incorporating astrology and reading oracle cards and tarot. She received formal sound healing facilitation training from Danielle Hall of SoundEmbrace, and does group sound healing facilitation and one-on-one energy readings.

Time
- Attendees are welcome to enter as early as 15 minutes prior to the event.
- This is a sound-sensitive event, so entry will be closed once we begin.
Please Note
- Sound baths are not suggested for those with hypotension or anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy.
- If we need to cancel, due to weather, your ticket will be refunded. Other than that, there are no refunds.
